35+ room is badge locked again (updated!)

The 35+ room has been badge locked once again. To access this room you need the Helping Hand (member) badge or the Open Door (listener) badge.
To get Helping Hand you need: 200 group support messages and 600 cheers
To get Open Door you need: 5 1:1 chats with a member
Adding a badge lock back to the room was a request from the 35+ team to help keep it safe. Our product team determined these badges to be the most effective for this goal.
Update! I was able to get Helping Hand replaced with Quintet, which is the member badge for completing 5 chats with 5 different listeners (thanks @Affy for pointing out that detail) This will take a couple weeks to go into effect due to current availability of our engineering team.

The helping hands badge is listed as Helping Hands - completing 200 group chats and earning 600 compassion hearts
I could not find a member badge related to having 5 1-1 chats.
Has the criteria for the Helping Hands badge changed? If so, can the information in member reputation and when hovering over the badge be fixed?

Helping hands is the correct badge. The correct requirements for obtaining that badge have been updated in the main post. Thank you for catching the misprint!

For right now members will need helping hand. Jill has requested they replace the badge with quintet, but due to limited dev team that won't be for a couple more weeks.
Quintet is not 5 1-1 chats either, just so that's clear. It's connecting to 5 different listeners, so 5 chats with the same listener will not give the badge.

May I offer some feedback?
I felt really at home in the 35+ chat. I am having a hard time feeling at home in other chat rooms, and I do not have the wherewithall to collect 600 cheers in addition to 200 chat room posts.
In my last several attempts at connecting to listeners, I have had a substantial number wander away from chatting just a few minutes into the chat. Not to mention, the quintet (5 individual chats) is not currently an active badge that can be used to regain access to the 35+ chat room.
I don't know what has prompted the badge lock.
It's preventing me from connecting to the place on Seven Cups where I have felt most connected and most supported.
I wanted you to know this is an unintended outcome of the decision to badgelock everyone who does not meet certain metrics out of the room.
Also if I could edit my post, I would add that the quintet badge appears to be only for listeners, not members. There isn't really a viable way for me to get back into 35+ chat room in any reasonable amount of time.

@peachZebra5282 hey there! I empathize with your frustration. The room was originally locked like this and we unlocked it for a while, but the volunteer team asked for it to be locked again due to room safety concerns.

You should have access to this room. Can you submit a bug report if you are unable to access it?
@mutter3 It looks like you were affected by the same bug that I had issues with and brought up quite a while ago. A bunch of the early badges were never awarded. For example, Bundled is one. Quintet appears to be one of the lacking ones 
I hope the bug report gets it solved soon, I thought this was something that was fixed years ago. I guess it only got partially fixed.

@mutter3 @affyavo They are currently updating the badge to Quintet from the other one after community feedback. I'm working on ensuring the badge is working properly as it seems it is not. Thanks for your patience.
@Jill7cups Hi I understood it was Helping Hand or Quintet. Do you have to have both as I have members who have Helping Hand and not Quintet and can't get in either.

I made a list of missing badges based on one long time member who appeared to be missing quite a few. I along with at least one other person are missing some of the same badges, although not all (and many of mine were awarded years ago after I noticed missing ones).
If any of you wish to compare to the list that I noticed (although it's possible there are additional ones I missed) you can see here - feel free to list the ones you're missing there, it might even help when troubleshooting this issue.

you do need to go through the different headers, but at least the missing are mostly going in the same order.
To see the badges that you do have look at your profile page.
We are working on retroactively assigning these badges. We think what happened is when these badges were created, the system only added the highest of a badge series to someone's profile. We apologize for the interruption of support this issue has caused.
@7CupsCommunity thanks I suspected that's waht happened. Glad to see there is something being done as I did contact someone and because they weren't having a problem it went no further.
I can now let people know it is going to be fixed.
