App Update: New Chat Application Now Live! August 1st, 2015
Hello!
We were previously testing a new feature on the app in beta (reminder can be found here)! Thank you to everyone who gave it a try and provided feedback.
This feature is no longer in beta, it is LIVE on the app, as of this morning! Hooray!
As a reminder, this feature gives you the ability to navigate between varying conversations and chatrooms much faster. You will be able to engage in more than one conversation very easily!
If you have a problem with this feature: There is a toggle in the settings page that allows people to revert to the old system in case they have any problems.
If you'd like to report a bug, you can post it here in the forum. We will be monitoring!

I'd really like to hear more about the ability to chat via mic & webcam. A lot of members would respond well to it & of course there's always the option to chat in the standard way.

I don't use the app very often because I'm much quicker at typing on a computer, but this sounds like a wonderful update that will be super helpful to many! Thanks for all the work that went into it!
when i try to use the app to talk and to check my chat it will no longer let me see the chat tab. it just shows up a blank screen when i click on it. everything else works but that. is anyone else haveing this problem? ill try deleting the app and re downloading it

This generally happens when the internet connection is slow. Can you try again when you are sure your connection is fast enough?
I have the exact same issue. Cannot see any past chats and the only way to chat is of I start a new one which is very annoying.

Hey i had the same problem, im not sure why but when I opened 7cupsoftea on google chromes incognito, i was able to see the chat and type as normal
thank u a lot.. i like the app.. it makes it easy to be in touch with people while on the go.. but i wish it was lighter and faster like other chat apps! KEEP IT UP, GUYZ!^^
Overnight my personal requests have gone from 100% to 0%. Why has this occurred and how can this be corrected?
Absolutely adore the new update, it really helps with talking to various members/groups at once without feeling as though you're not replying quick enough 😊
