Hey, Need help, Unable to login the app.Just shows white screen after 7cups logo. tried both version 2.5.3 & 2.5.5.

When I go to the list of meditations I can't scroll down even though I could when I first installed the so before the last 2 or so updates. I'm pretty sure that the list was pretty long but now I can only see a single page of meditations listed. Is this a bug?
Yeah. Just checked the website & lots of meditations there but only one page of them can be accessed in the Android app.
To be honest the web version of the site is much easier to use than the app version. It's really difficult in the app to get an orientation on the discussion forums etc. for example.
@puddy - can you say more about what would help with orientation around the forums on the app? I'd love to improve that.

On the website I can get a clear orientation on the forums and their contents.
I don't find it so easy on the app.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong or I need a bigger screen phone or a tablet.
To be honest I've switched to using the website rather than the app even on my phone.
I just find it easier.
One other thing that I mentioned elsewhere ... a bunch of the meditations use a really melodramatic deep make voice which I think sounds like a parody and which I really cannot listen to or take seriously. It's a pity because some of those meditations sound interesting from the titles. JKZ had a much easier to listen to voice.
Maybe that's just my problem! :-)

I don't actually use the app anymore.
I uninstalled it and just use the website via my browser.

how can I see my badges in the app?
@jwwc - if you tap on your own username in a chat or forum or feed it will open up your profile in an overlay. your badges are on the profile.

Can i give a suggestion about giving a beep sound or vibrate when we get a new chat or personal request? As we use app to make everything easier, i think maybe it might help if we get a 'code' when we got a new chat so we can response asap.
@cyci - you should get a notification when you have a new message. Do you know if you have push notifications turned on?

We're overhauling the pushes completely. I know there are a lot of ways you can miss them due to current way things are written. Ill begin this work tomorrow BTW

I don't know how to change the app to spanish.
@cantfixme - the app is not localized yet, I'm afraid. The interface is still all English. We hope to get translations done this year...
You can search for listeners who speak your language although some may vary in proficiency.
Can anyone tell me where I can find the general requests on the android app. Thanks
@kindSun37 - they are on the little "G" tab in the upper right of the chat window.
We also plan to add it to the left side navigation for listeners.
