Site Design Updates Live Now

This really is getting hectic you know??

so sorry but no, please no more changes .... they are just not needed and urgh unnecessarily stressful and causing discomfort 🤧 tbh I am still trying to get used to the whole limited 5 replies or whatever update too, since then it's been a downhill smh , there's more and more coming .... it is 😞 hard to keep a track of all these changes... at the very first glance there is so much stuff missing and it is really not easy to navigate!!

forums are also glitching for me now idk if that's a that's a bug?

I get it is hard to accommodate everyone but fr some of these changes are really unsettling for me! I would like the previous layout also, it was more comfortable than this one definitely ! Sorry :( just honest thoughts as everyone else.

I can imagine reading so much feedback here would be hard for the team behind this so offering you all hugs, hope you understand that it's not a complaint or a negative bashing of sorts here , simply constructive feedback being shared 🥺

Quick question ... are we done with all updates for the site ?? Major ones like these atleast? really hard keeping up with these now ..

I'm starting to like the notification icon more than the bell. the bell is it another type of notification or what. or silent bell lets see,,, what up or just as is

Is the chat request banner at the bottom now blue for anyone else? I think it fits better, and the blue hearts have grown on me, basically it all matches now. Hopefully the blue banner won't flicker into any other colors.

May I also add this, I think if you are going to do the green banner I would suggest going back to the green and the red. If you are going to keep the blue which does match by the way, I would suggest just keeping it completely blue / no green.

I have no right to say it. But the banner is something. 😊😂

Multiple websites with far less superior coding than 7 Cups offers the ability to switch "themes" on individual accounts. This can be implemented into the settings fairly easily, especially with the professional tech team and investors 7 Cups has.

Allow the people who like the new site design to keep it. Allow the user who are facing light sensitivity, or just hate the new update in general, the ability to switch to a dark mode or revert back to the original design. Click of a button in settings. Prevents further negative escalation of change.

I think the new layout is clean and I can adapt to it. I didn't do accessibility testing. According to EU law and American disability act you should already follow the accessibility guidelines of W3C. I give the benefit of doubt you do follow it and all your teams are on the same page about it.

The colours should be easy to fix in a matter of hours of you used clean CSS coding. I believe you did.

I like to have my profile picture back in chats. Since it's missing I can't confirm easily which profile picture was shown to my chat partners at a specific time. It also is part of my identity and I want to set in a glimpse what's my message and what's coming from someone else.

I am glad to see that the yellow is gone, thank you team, and I am also glad to see that the statuses are showing now, I would love to see the Country flags brought back as well though. :)

@SoulfullyAButterfly - Just a heads up; ever since the update when I go to change the text color it won't let me, the button no longer works. :)
