Update on the Glitch (June 17, 2021)
Hello everyone, As you may or may not know that a glitch took place on June 17, 2021 (Thursday) which caused a sudden huge spike in the cheers level of users. I want to inform you all that we are in the good shape now and the glitch fixed. A big thanks to the tech team for their tireless efforts.
And, a big thank you to all of you for your support, patience, and cooperation with us and for helping us fix it by reporting the event. However, there are accounts whose cheers didn't get back to normal yet, so if you like to get back your cheers level to the normal one, I request you to fill this short form to give us some necessary information to make the change happen. Thank you, I've also gone ahead and let the Quality Mentor team now so they could retract/deny my application. I have zero idea what my former cheers was, so I'll try to remember to the best of my ability so this could get reverted
