(Closed) Calling All Android App Users!
Hi everyone!
If you use the 7 Cups Android app, we’d love your help. We’re currently tracking and fixing some technical issues - especially crashes or anything that makes your experience feel glitchy, stuck, or frustrating.
Here’s how you can pitch in:
🛠️ If the app crashes or behaves oddly, please take a moment to report it.
💌 You can email us directly at support@7cups.com and include any helpful info like what you were doing in the app right before the issue happened.
📸 If possible, screenshots or screen recordings are super helpful!

Note: We are aware of a recent bug that prevents users from typing messages using their keyboards. You can still send us information including your device info and screen recording to help with this while the tech team is exploring solutions!
Update: The tech team has pushed a fix on 30 July 2025 which fixes the main keyboard issue. For any other important bug reports you can use the same procedure as mentioned above.
One thing I did notice today was that I can leave a review for a listener on my android phone but do not have that option on the browser.
@braindamag3 To trigger this, simply click the 3 dot menu on the website and click "End Chat", it will pop up the review modal.

I can no longer send messages to a listener I have a thread with. The message typing section is way at the bottom of my screen. I can not see what I type because the section does not move up. I even deleted all my messages from the listener and the typing section does not move from the bottom. All I have is blank space from top to bottom. Also the send arrow is so far down on the bottom that it won't register when I click on it so I can't send anything.

@convivialSky3161 Hi Sky we are currently updating Noni so it is not available for anyone. We will hopefully have it live soon!
On group chat the type box and send button are under the android controls making it impossible to send a message. Please fix asap. Ty.

@SoulfullyAButterfly Hey the android version of app has issues with navigation bar taking over the text field and send button. This needs to be fixed. Cause it causes a lot of frustration
It’s working perfectly well with iPad and iPhone
And this bug started with the new update for me

Im a android user as well I've been having having trouble with chats I can't type my keyboard keeps covering up the text box and won't send my messages in the conversation
