Seeking Help
Mental stress can cause us not to be able to see the good things in life and lead to excessive rumination or worries which can result in serious health problems. If you have serious, long-term problems with negative thinking and feeling depressed, see your doctor or talk to a therapist if they are related to any mental challenges.

@amiablePeace77 How do you support your mental health?
For me a routine really helps. It is more like a weekly routine because each day is a little different.
I start out my day setting an intention to avoid anger and harsh words, try to help others in some way, and try to be the best person I can be because that is when I am happiest.
@amiablePeace77
Sadly, the only one would be a healthy diet. I do anabolic cooking and have had no problem keeping the weight off. It's not a diet but a better way to cook meals.
@courageouspanda2006
Having a healthy diet is very important in my view. I'm glad you found something that works for you. Meals rich in protein have some benefits for sure!
The food being delicious helps as well. 😁

How do you support your mental health?
I do those 5 things that were already mentioned in the original post (exercise regularly, follow a healthy diet, mindfulness, sleep, connecting with others) but in addition to those, journaling helps keep my mind clean and free and ultimately healthy and it’s also a healthy way to stop overthinking as journaling helps get thoughts out so they’re not stuck in your head, writing songs and poems, helping myself and others, listening to music, going out on walks and walking inside, and too many other things to continue this 😂 but I’m sure I’ve mentioned enough things :)
@amiablePeace77 I support my mental health by checking in with myself daily, being honest and taking regular self care breaks, doing what I love 💜🥰
@Amanda84
Taking breaks to do what you love means adding fun to your life! 👍
