What you practise grows stronger
When we constantly look at what may happen, we practise fear and we will experience fear more.
When we focus on calming our mind and body, we practise calm as in doing meditation and we will train our brain to be more resilient to stress.
As we practise and acknowledge the good things in our life, it will help us to develop a more positive frame of mind.

Seeking Help
Mental stress can cause us not to be able to see the good things in life and lead to excessive rumination or worries which can result in serious health problems. If you have serious, long-term problems with negative thinking and feeling depressed, see your doctor or talk to a therapist if they are related to any mental challenges.

What are you currently practising to support your mental/emotional well-being?
A daily practice of Tai Chi and or Yoga can really help me be stable.
@soulsings
I find tai Chi and yoga very helpful too not only to improve physical balance but also emotional regulation.
@amiablePeace77 I feel calmer after I do them. Even if I complain inside about doing them, the end result is positive.
@amiablePeace77
Practice does not just make you stronger, but in the cases of sportsmen, artists, scholars, any field really, you can get really good. The common thread is your determination to get to a certain level. It's also a question of being active rather than passive.
@amiablePeace77 I've been doing some brain teaser puzzle things, like optical illusions and stuff😁 also I've not done to much art lately but more poetry and stuff 😁 ❤
@Tinywhisper11
Your keeping your brain fit! Optical illusions are so interesting, amazing what we think we see and what is actually there!
@amiablePeace77 yep! They are really cool😁❤ hugs you tightly ❤❤
@amiablePeace77
I've been working out in the early morning before work. It is not really for the purpose of clearing my mind of staying calm, merely just to shred and keep a good body fat percentage. But it makes me feel very energetic and great to wake up in the morning before 6am and start my days early!
