Happiest Moments
In US the weather people say summer is over. In Northeast US, it feels a lot cooler today. I start to reflect on when I was happy in life.

When I was training to be a pilot was the happiest time of my life. I felt very in control.
@purpleTree4652 that is amazing.
I had some years on a computer flight simulator. It was a fun and safe way to learn even if it was not totally realistic.

What have been your happiest moments,
camping alone in woods with no one around by the river
and why?
for me this was quiet and peaceful with no one around to yell at me or tell me that i not good enough no one there to hurt me the quiet was not true quiet due to the birds and animals around but it was a different kind of sound a peaceful kind also this was a place i could write at without others trying to read what i was writings just a very special place i felt happy in wish i could still do this

Now I do mindfulness breathing and it connects me with that state of mind wherever I am.

i do what i came to call mental vacations as going in your mind to a place you been that was calming and peaceful this helps me to feel more balanced and at peace no matter were i am i even long long time ago wrote some meditations about them and then ones i not been to but could see in my mind how they be and explain the feel of the place the smell of the place what it looked like and even how things i touched would feel this was for old chatroom/forum i owned

yes agree it amazing the good memories but not the trauma memories but yes the minds is amazing
I’m happiest when I’m baking. That’s my zen time. I can completely focus when baking. I know I’m making something that I can enjoy with others. It’s makes the house smell amazing and hey, everyone loves food 😁

I made egg rolls the other day. What do you make?
I love making sweets like cookies, cupcakes, brownies, and my favorite is cinnamon rolls. I’ve really gotten into making different yeast breads too 😁 I’ve been thinking about really challenging myself with sourdough. I haven’t tried making eggrolls but that’s a great one to add to my list.
@colorfulSpaceI buy the wrappers at supermarket because I cannot make them that thin and even, then I make the filling.
My hsppiest moments were this spring and summer. I felt more alive than in past years. Now that winter is on it's way I'm going to be reflecting on that, and working on how I might continue some of that into the season. Spend time thinking about how to renew it again when spring rolls around. 😊

I like Spring Summer and Fall except Fall goes into winter, a 4 month season of cold.
