with all the health issues i have seems like i have more hard days for me what helps is my spiritual beliefs also journaling  and coming online chatting or posting my cat helps me a lot too biggest issue is i not able to be around people offline much so that can make hard days even harder but to keep hope alive and take one day at a time

That better days will come, because every time I’ve had a bad time before, good times did eventually come.
