I've been pretty good at choosing my battles. I rarely engage in arguments. I often look like a :D push-over and it is my secret weapon.
Meeting as diverse people as you can and learning from them helps you understand yourself in the end.
Being sincere and recognizing your limits makes people trust you more.
Speak to anyone as an equal. This means that respect is included. In other words, do unto others as you would have them do unto you
