- While I was going to the grocery store
- I realized that I forgot my shopping list.
- Immediately I had a feeling of anxiety that I will forget to buy important things I needed
- but then I remembered to breathe and calm down. When my mind was clear again, I could remember all the things I needed to buy.
- At the end of the day, I was very proud of myself for having been able to calm down and not let anxiety stop me to do what I needed to do.

Immediately I had a feeling of sliding deeper and deeper into an eternal cycle of doom and despair
but then I remembered something else
At the end of the day I was deserving of more then that.

@soulsings While I was going to sit outside I realised I forgot to take extra blankets to cover up my ghost legs. Immediately I had a feeling of panic and low self esteem. But then I remembered it's early in the morning no one other than my carers will see me. At the end of the day I was sleeping
@Tinywhisper11 I think there is nothing to fear if someone sees your ghost legs. That is okay.

- Immediately I had a feeling of 'dread'
- but then I remembered that, although I had forgotten my swipe card, there would e a coworker to swipe me in and out of the floor.
- At the end of the day I was 'ok'. :)
