@amiablePeace77 I appreciate that information! Amazing that International Music Day is coming so soon.
I find that certain types of music soothes my mind, provides solace and helps me to feel more relaxed and prepped for the day. Also, it helps increase my productivity levels, memory and focus.
Thank you for posting this. 💓

What positive effects does music have on your wellbeing?
Some of the main positive effects music always has on my wellbeing are music helps me be happy or stay happy, takes my mind off things I don’t want to or shouldn’t be thinking about, gets me in the mood to sing and dance, and depending on what type of music it is music can also help me sleep if it’s calm music. Music also helps me see my brother and his friends that I know and get along well with and am comfortable being around and talking to so it’s a good way for me to socialize in real life with people in person because my brother and three of his friends are in a band together plus my brother and I and sometimes some of his friends go to or meet up with each other at concerts depending on who’s playing at the concert. The last time was the beginning of this past August when my brother’s friend and his friend’s wife voluntarily picked me up from my house to take me to the concert with them and dropped me off after it was over since I live close to them. We met my brother and one of his other friends there.

What positive effects does music have on your wellbeing?
This question is well-worded because music can have negative effects as well and not bring about well-being at all. What is music to some is a cacophony to others.
I was a professional musician for years and enjoyed playing music, so obviously, it had a positive effect on both my wellbeing and my income. Musicians do not listen to music the same way non-musicians do. We analyze what we hear and I am one of those people who cannot work or think if music is played in the background - it invades my brain, whether it is music I like or not. I am much more appreciative of silence.
@Fradiga
You have some good points for sure! We all need to explore what works best for us as individuals. Background music does not work for me neither when I read or learn something, it helps me though it many other ways.
@amiablePeace77 What positive effects does music have on your wellbeing?
Music presents me with a focus that is out of the state of mind that is looking what is wrong with life and focus on what is going right.
It speaks and I listen. I have quite a unique relationship with RnB.
@1CuriousHeart
Nice! There are some really great songs, one I like a lot is "What's going on" Marvin Gaye. What is one of your favorites?
I love anything by Sam Smith.
@amiablepeace77
Music does nothing to solve the curse of life. Life is a prison sentence that will never be good
@Nick3244
I hope there will be something else for you instead!
@amiablepeace77 there is nothing to help me
Music, is a compilation of vibrations the human ear intercepts and translates to something either appealing or unappealing to each individual based on preferences. However, everyone is affected by these vibrations on a molecular level, so if you are hearing something you find enjoyable you may find it will give you the chills or goose pimples on your arms. This is your body interacting with the music on a spiritual level. So to say it can help our mood or be a comprehensive mechanism to balance our right and left brain is to say we need air to breath!! Listen to more music and be well!!
