@soulsings when I arrived in the UK, and was brought to the nursing home, I finally knew I was safe I was home. It gave me a sense of peace, hope, joy and many other feelings🙂❤
right now I'm highly medicated, so yeah feeling quite relaxed and peace full right now😁
What experience have you ever had that left you with a feeling of peace? When I accepted the way, I am (highly sensitive, often different to others) I found more peace inside.
How peaceful do you feel inside right now? Right now, I feel quite peaceful although bad weather seems to approach us but the meditation, I just did makes me feel safe inside.

For what its worth, I sang the heading and now I have the Eagles stuck in my head.....not a bad thing though...there are way worse songs to be stuck in one's head....
- What experience have you ever had that left you with a feeling of peace? I honestly have not had true peace in my life in such a long time, I cannot place the last time I was left feeling that way.
- How peaceful do you feel inside right now? I am lacking a lot of peace in life.....I think if I just stopped and look at some of the little things, I could have small spurts of peace here and there, but I think I'm searching for the whole package....total peace from the world.....little bits of peace here and there aren't doing it for me....I think this is where I need to work on my gratitude and attitude.....if I was more thankful, I would probably be more at peace with myself, my situation, and the world around me.....something to work on...

That is a good question:
Going back and looking back, I must say I can not speak of any time that I have been at peace within myself. If I have I am unaware of it,
Feelings and emotions are kind of unidentifiable.

Accepting myself just the way I am and promising myself never to trade any of myself for anyone or anything, just to pretend to be someone I’m not, all this being a result of learning the valuable life lesson that your true friends will accept you as you already are while artificial friends will expect you to be like them - wear their type of clothes, listen to their type of music and the same bands, talk and do everything else just like them.

So much that I can’t put into words how peaceful I currently am right now. No that’s not just a simple easy answer by the way 😂😂😂😂😂😂 It’s the complete truth :)

@soulsings not a lot of peace it’s hard I have a lot of disturbances because of stress trauma anixety with my doctor health insurance company

When I moved from the town I was in to this beautiful island where I live now. I’m not at peace at all these days.
