We had rain and it's cooler! Despite having done some heavy carrying this morning I did not feel tired but motivated and happy to come here today.

- What’s the best thing that happened today so far? I had my husband take me to the craft store in the rain and a lady walked up and began to talk to me about her crafting and she invited me to a social crafters group near my home at the Library
- What surprised you the most that you did not expect to happen? Meeting a new lady and getting invited to join their group❤️

My spine is getting some relief thankfully 😅 it takes a days when I have a flare …thankful it ws as long a usual ❤️🩹

What is the best thing that has happened to you today?
@WorkingitThrough2 the best thing that happened to me was having a quiet time and my mind settled down and I feel good about myself.
I also made homemade egg foo yong and mixed veggies so I have good food to eat!
