Let's see.... It's Friday? Probably the best thing was to get together online with an old, but once terribly important friend. She had avoided me for over 20 years due to a small debt. Now her life has improved a lot and she enjoys retirement too. Our sons are friends too.

I did cardio this week. Quite happy lifting heavy things but before the season really ends I purchased a nice solid pair of hiking shoes and I'm also spending a bit more time doing heart healthy stuff!

Absolutely, I wish I started in my 20s better instead of video games. I still game and I'll take that with others at my side but balance is critical!
