- Which healthy practice have you always wanted to incorporate into your daily routine? Checking and catching my thought processing
- What advantages would it offer you? The ability to train my brain to think more productively or maybe more positively
- Do you think you could give it a try this month? Already jumped on it😊, I have to learn to be more consistent🤔
@WorkingitThrough2 I'll try this too!
I've decided to get involved with aroma therapy. So far I've only tried the lavender oil and it is very calming. Next I'm going to get lemon or lemon grass. Sandalwood was worthless.
@ThoughtLight
I use lemon and put a few drops into my body wash and body cream for the day, it smells very uplifting! Camphor oil is also worth a try, it helps with breathing if you're having a cold or allergy.
@amiablePeace77 I could definitely use help with breathing at off and on moments year round. The sandalwood oil didn't even emit a smell. Smart idea for body wash. I use a very specific detox body wash that only one company in the world makes. And the matching lotion. Thankfully my mom works for them and gets an 80% discount.

@KateDoskocilova
I love journalling-it really helps. I feel safe and free to express and release and then I can shift to a kinder more uplifting state!
I've always wanted to meditate every day. It would offer a chance to change the way every day goes for me and probably make changes in myself. I will try to do it this month!
@PaolaGiordaniMA
I can only recommend meditation, there are so many benefits and slowing down our thoughts to get a clear mind is truly one of the best.
@soulsings - thank you for these prompts!
- Which healthy practice have you always wanted to incorporate into your daily routine? - 10 minute run to shake off all the restlessness, distress, and pain I hear through my work day

- Do you think you could give it a try this month? YES!!
@JuiShankarPhD thank you for your appreciation. On days where the weather does not cooperate you might want to do a couple modules of 5 minute Tai Chi that is more like a relaxing exercise. https://youtu.be/cEOS2zoyQw4?si=mvGH5ZYm59eldjFi
