I feel so frustrated and alone i m always surrounded by others yet once in my life i wish to once be understood it's exhausting when no one notice your pain even when you clearly voice it over and over why does it feel like i ll be fine sometimes only for everything to crumble all over is this how i m supposed to live my life always sick of it always wishing for everything to stop i feel like i m drowning living feels like i m hanging by a thread i no longer wish for love or happiness i don't want anything i just want a reason to exist a reason to keep going because living is so painful and i feel like i can't anymore sometimes i wish i can give it all up yet if it wasn't for the religion that forbids me from it i wouldn't be alive at all i m so tired .

Hello @wisteria28

i may not understand you either but i'll try..

Are you a person who is disturbed and lonely even around other people?

You speak to people and they aren't relating to your struggle?

I am hoping that one day someone finally stands with you and meets your needs.

i definitely feel like sometimes i just don't know how to relate to people even when i go around meeting about 7 people a day. What i'm saying is sometimes even when we speak to people their is still a disconnect that happens to people like us.

Thank you for posting, i stand by you hoping things finally work out for you...

Sending you good vibes...✨🌟💫

@wisteria2

You are not alone in those horrible feelings. I am 77 years old not, and from the year I turned 13 until I met my husband in 1972, what you just described was exactly how I felt. There are no words that I can give you to make your pain go away. But, although I am new to this group, I do know that as long as you breath there is hope. Find that one thing in your life that brings you peace. Cling to it. Hang on.

I thought hard but I don't know what to say to you.

I hear you. I am at the same place. I am just staying. I dont really do anything. I sleep, eat, bathe, and sometimes speak with my parents.

Ah, I think I calmed down a bit when I accepted that it's not in my hands. I will go when I will go.

Another thing is that I distance myself at least emotionally from people who don't accept me or understand me. It hurts. It hasn't stopped hurting but it's like not taking more chances on getting hurt.

I am doing a new thing. I guess a temporary goal is good to anchor yourself to. I have taken time to create that for myself.

It definitely gets better. I am more concerned for you because you are so young. I am sure it feels tougher.

I don't want to say more any advice or anything.

I am proud for you to have the awareness you do right now. I hope the stalking part got better.

Honestly......I was exactly where you are right now......I even lost my job ,my savings, almost lost my family.....2 years without any aim or goal just figuring out/searching for anything thing to hold on to.

2 years later studying councelling, trying to help those like me or infact anyone who i can, rebuilding my life.

Just hang in there buddy.....life definitely has some good plans for you.

Hey… I hear you. Truly.

Being surrounded by people and still feeling unseen is incredibly painful, and it makes sense that you’re tired. You’re not weak for feeling this way—you’ve just been carrying too much alone for too long.

You don’t need to have hope or big reasons right now. Even existing through this pain is enough. I’m really glad you spoke up, and I’m really glad you’re still here. You matter more than you know, even on the days it doesn’t feel that way. 🌱

Think me as your friend and I love to hear you more . Lots of hugs 🤗

Hey, @wisteria28

I am on the same boat as you. especially with the last part of it being forbidden, especially because I am Muslim. It is hard trying to please parents, friends, jobs, school work and other things when you yourself don't know what you are living for. I myself feel like I am drowning as well. If you ever need someone to talk to, do not be afraid to come to me! I resonated with your post heavily.

We will make it out and we will find our reason. I promise.

So am i i m muslim too it feels even harder because everyone around me tell me to have more faith that my faith is too weak and if my relationship with god wasn't weak i wouldn't be feeling lost but i m trying it is exactly because i m feeling this way that i find it hard to connect it feels reassuring someone else is feeling this way though i hope you didn't i don't wish for anyone to experience that thank you again ❤️

I feel like this on a day to day occurance. I have to tell myself & so should you that it isn't the religion but the strength within you that carries on. You're strong & powerful to be here. Never forget it!

❤️Wisteria28❤️ my heart is so going out to you. It is exhausting when no one acknowledges your pain even when you are doing your best to let others know how bad it is! I hope you will find others who will hear you with caring and compassion. I’m so glad you opened up and shared how you are really feeling. I hear you and am sending love.
