> Today, I need rest.

Not because I am tired from work or daily life.

I need rest because my mind has not stopped running.

A few hours ago, my member account was suddenly deactivated, and since then I have felt like my entire world has been turned upside down.

I know it may sound small to some people, but it meant a lot to me.

I spent countless hours there talking to people, sharing my thoughts, seeking support, and trying to support others.

When I saw the deactivation notice, it felt like a door had been slammed shut without warning.

Since then, I have barely been able to think about anything else.

My insomnia had already started before this happened, but this situation made everything worse.

I have barely slept.

I cannot focus.

Food does not sound appealing.

My chest feels heavy.

My thoughts keep replaying the same questions over and over.

What happened?

Was I misunderstood?

Will I ever get my account back?

Did I do something wrong without realizing it?

I have cried so much that my eyes became swollen.

I feel exhausted, but somehow I still cannot sleep.

Right now, more than anything, I need peace.

I need reassurance that this situation will eventually be resolved.

I need patience while waiting for a response.

I need kindness toward myself because I have been blaming myself nonstop.

And I need rest, because I feel like a walking zombie trying to function on almost no sleep.

I hope tomorrow brings answers.

But if it doesn't, I hope it at least brings enough strength for me to keep going one more day.
