What can you do for your weekend reset?

My weekend reset is to spend time out in my screened in porch with a book and enjoy outside and what I love to do just sit with ice coffee and listen at times to the outside world. Also plenty of power naps in between mindfulness and exercising 

@AshleyNFlewellenLPC I shall be having a big family get together, looking forward to that, good food, good company and then on Sunday, catching up on sleep 🥰💜

Crochet and coffee..... when i don't have to work for 2 days i can make my own schedule, and that is a very calming thought. 

@AshleyNFlewellenLPC My weekend reset usually involves sleeping in, going for an afternoon walk, and remembering to pick up my rune study notebook one Sunday. I might cook something nice for myself this weekend, since I've been anxiously avoiding the kitchen lately.
