@amiablePeace77 I broke up with my boyfriend because we started arguing a bit more, and I felt like he was ashamed of me since I'm not Islam like he and his mother is, I'm christian and I believe in different things that he doesn't, the reason why I say I feel like he's ashamed is because, he doesn't want to tell his mom about how him and I are dating, but he told her how I am, just not my religion, and he said its because if I tell her were dating then she'll ask a lot of questions. So I got tired of it.

Hi…. My relationship I haven’t been on here in a couple weeks but glad I’m back… my relationship is getting worse and worse by the week and I feel so stuck! I feel like there someone else but he keeps telling me I’m being delusional and making stuff up in my head! I feel he is using my mental health problems against me and I feel like I’m gonna snap and day now… I don’t know how to deal with the situation and all the red flags are in my face 😞…. I got vulnerable and I trusted him so I let him into my dark world and he using it against me ….

I simply don't know enough about it to say one way or the other, but I do know what it's like to live in uncertainty of your own sanity, your own feelings. It's a special kind of ***, and I'm not sure what advice is appropriate to give in regards to it.
I guess... be kind to yourself. Take care of yourself. I think I can only be vague here as the situation is vague.
