Nothing fancy, just little rituals that tell my brain it's safe to rest.

Everyone's different, but those tiny moments of quiet really help me drift off.

  • I normally love a bedtime meditation, but if not that, I like to listen to white noise, rain sounds or one of those manifestation soundscapes.
  • Cozy bedtime TV before lying down.
  • Melatonin puts me right out. Sometimes a little too well lol
  • Something warm in my tummy helps: food, green tea, or lava (okay, maybe not lava)

  1. Drink herbal tea (Valerian root and passionflower). The republic of tea has a "sleep" tea that works great.

  2. ASMR (gental whispering and Karuna Satori on youtube)

  3. Pray for to be protected from what you cant see. Pray that everything heavy is lifted from your heart.
