I am thinking of people around the world who are going hungry or are cold or who lost their homes in war or other reasons.
I cannot support them as much as I wish I could, but I think of them and hope they find a way through the challenges they face.

I hear you soulsings, there is so much suffering in this world. You might not be able to help the people out there but you're helping many people here at 7cups.
My guy friend.... He went quiet on me on the 11th of December. Life really hit him badly the week before and I started having scary dreams involving him. He's still not answering me as of this past week.... And im trying to take care of me now. While also hoping whatever happened to make him go quiet on me.... Passes. 😔

I don’t know if I am any help but I have a neighbour who also has an autoimmun disase and she is suffering a lot. She didn’t find a good doctor so I recomended her the place I go and told her about my therapy. So she can ask the doctor’s oppinion since there is no medicine for this. She told me she contacted the place already so I hope the best for her.
