Hello everyone ❤️, very shortly we enter the New Year and I like to wish you all the best for 2022.

When you look back at 2021, what was a new habit or routine you created in 2021 that has improved your well-being? In what way did it improve your life?

What new habit would you like to add into your life in 2022?

@amiablePeace77 In 2021 I have been more regular practicing mindfulness and compassion. It has helped me to feel calmer and more accepting of myself.

In 2022, I want to work with my stubbornness and see if I can redirect some of that to persistence.

@soulsings

Being more at comfort with yourself is a wonderful benefit you achieved with mindfulness and nice that you want to become more flexible.

@amiablePeace77 hello ! <3

when i look back at 2021, a new habit i created was remembering to evaluate the people i have in my life and how much they contribute to my well-being <3 i'm much better at cutting people out who only make it worse, and i'm very happy for that. i've been more stress-free recently !

one new habit i'd like to add into my life in 2022 is not to procrastinate so much on certain tasks :') hopefully i get this done haha. i wanna just finish everything when i can and mange my time more wisely <3

happy new year's everyone !

What a wonderful thread :) I love reading all of the healthy habits you are all working on!

I am going to be practising more yoga this year to incorporate mindfulness into my daily routine and also scheduling set time for meaning building activities like baking with my children as often as I can.

Feeling better starts with a single message. Check out my profile and reviews.

@LisaMeighanMBPsS I love yoga to help me stretch out those tight muscles. Adrienne's complete beginner yoga is where I started and now I can do any one of the dozens of other longer routines she offers for free on youtube.

@Summershy

Awesome summershy. I find after exercise the whole body feels so refreshed and my brain seems also much clearer. What did you notice after exercise if you don't mind me asking?

Hi @amiablePeace77, This is a great question. One habit I would like to add to 2022 is working less and spending more time on self-care. A lot of the time, I have a habit of overworking myself and barely have time to take care of myself. However, this year, I would love to work less and take care of myself more. I won’t be able to work if I am not taken care of first, so that’s why I am determined to implement this habit ❤️.
