What new opportunities have come out of the challenges you’ve faced? For me, it is learning to not listen to my rageful voice and take control of the fire I feel burning inside and talk away. A big big challenge for me. Also learning to not give my peace away or let it be taken.

Not allowing anything to take your peace away sounds great and will help to live a calmer life.
The fact that I can achieve things that once was difficult … I struggled with driving because of my panic but continuing to do that gives me freedom and independence …. I had previously loss my license bc of medical issues of foot not getting to brake for five years.
That is where the panic came from driving again. Grateful to be still driving and protocols for spine helped my foot drop. 💕💕💕

I can imagine it's an amazing feeling to realize that you can do things which you could not before because you never gave up! Sorry to hear about your foot!

I have discovered that what I do can be beneficial but who I am is something I am never separate from. It is a constant friend.
