What was the best thought I had today?

It does not have to be an earth shaking thought. If can be really simple but recognizing our best thoughts validates them and reinforces them so as they are repeated, they grow stronger and more numerous.

The best thought I’ve had today is “You reached out, and it’s the first step to getting better.” Today I had my first therapy session to help work through my opportunities with severe anxiety and depression. For a long time I’ve denied it and just tried to think it would get better. Proud of the choice today.

Way to go! This step is mentally, and physically challenging! Not to forget that figuring out the system can be its own labyrinth. .

when I think that life is complicated today, I remember how carefree life appeared to me previously. Then it seems that someday looking back these will be the good ole days 😊

@healingMelody46

It can make a difference in a hard day knowing that you have closed ones in your life you're grateful for.

What you said reminds me of "Good things take a while", maybe not all but I experienced they develop step by step.
