What was the best thought I had today?
It does not have to be an earth shaking thought. If can be really simple but recognizing our best thoughts validates them and reinforces them so as they are repeated, they grow stronger and more numerous.

My 'good thought' today is, I'm so happy that my little sister LOVED what I just sent her. She video called me and her and her husband were there. I sent her their names, a couple hearts to choose from, and the words '30 years,' all in free standing lace embroidery. Have a sweet happy feeling going on today. 😊

The best thought today.... honestly I haven't had many, BUT I cuddled with my kitty today and just thought "wow she's so cute and I'm so glad she's here". She's really the light of my life

They definitely are, my dog is a Labrador. She used to be a hunting dog, but then I got her and now we call her a love dog

The best that I had today was that today was a great day and reviewing my day and just looking at what went right with it instead of focusing on the negative.
