What was the best thought I had today?
It does not have to be an earth shaking thought. If can be really simple but recognizing our best thoughts validates them and reinforces them so as they are repeated, they grow stronger and more numerous.

Best thought this morning was, today I'm doing something creative, it has been a while so I will something and I did! 😊

Stay positive in any situation no matter what happens, soon or later everything makes sense one day. Try too see the positive side of every side of trails.

The best thought I had today was that I want to forgive myself and not blame myself anymore for things others did.
@Minoka I find when I blame anyone even me, I am miserable.
I told my neighbor that I spent the afternoon at the Orthopedic Surgeon.
Her - "That doesn't sound pleasant."
Me - "On the contrary, now that I am being treated, I have hope that pain relief is in my future."
A few monumental opportunities have opened for me. Iʻm not holding my breath. I took the first steps and inquired about one of them. I also applied for another. Either one of these could be my way through the darkness. Please pray for me.

The best thought I had today was feeling incredibly blessed for all the things that have been happening today, getting to wake up breathing an alive no longer in a dark place. Living in my own apartment.. with my fiance and daughter it feels amazing 😭❤️
