When do you find yourself crying?
Some people tear up when someone says a nasty comment to them. Other people cry and cry watching a sad film.

I am early days of divorce, pretty much everything makes me cry tbh.
@DaniTechnicolor22 I am sorry for your loss. Hope you have someone to support you and keep you from dumping guilt on yourself.
When i see someone's hurting somone, absuing or yelling like it's most of the time with my parents it makes me cry sob even.
At tbe moment ??? That I obviously caught a bad very bad cold
or maybe this ugly virus ? I m not sure

@soulsings Sometimes I cry when I watch certain movies or I’ll cry when I’m upset. It’s important to remember crying is okay and a great way to work through negative emotions. There’s no shame in it!
Definitely some shows or movies, but, as I’ve gotten older, certain songs will bring on tears. Recently, I was reading “Love You Forever” to my grandson for the first time and I was getting choked up. Anymore, it really doesn’t take much to make me cry, not always sad tears.
That is 1 of my favorite books to read to my child. It also makes me cry. There's a book called You, Me and the Wishing Tree that is another fantastic kids book.
When I feel helpless.
My husband raged at me again today, and I don't even get a word in to explain or even to defend myself. I feel so helpless, and I can't tell a soul. So I just have to wait it out until he calms down and acts like everything is fine. And we do it all again next week. I was never a cryer growing up. But now I cry out of anger and helplessness.
I understand - I feel the same way. Hang on there!

@soulsings idk i usually find myself crying for no reason.
@bestMap6925 I used to be super emotional. I got off a high carb diet and my emotions stabilized. I also cry when I am sad.
@bestMap6925 so do I lately. Seems like when I am overly stressed because I can be happy and just uncontrollably crying all day at good and bad things. It is so hard to understand.
@Cbmomof2 Yeah i know it can be really hard to deal with at times...i hope it gets better for you tho
