When do you find yourself crying?
Some people tear up when someone says a nasty comment to them. Other people cry and cry watching a sad film.

@soulsings i think what makes me cry is watching an emotional movie and seeing someone i love getting hurt physically and emotionally

So much pressure about school related. I hate school so much, and I can't fit with my classmates cos I don't feel I belong. I just cry myself to sleep. This is one of my current problem since face to face classes are now back, to the fact that we're not yet in the midst of 1st quarter makes me wanna throw a tantrum.
When I am triggered, I cry uncontrollably. This is how I know I am truly triggered. My tears start flowing before my brain even turns on.

Triggers can be so strong and emotional responses faster than thoughts 💙. I experienced that mindfulness helps you with emotional processing.
I find myself crying after a very intense day . The next day is fairly emotional for me. I will see a cat video and cry like a baby. My mediation time and resetting time is crazy important to me on these days

An intense day can be emotionally very exhausting. Good that you are meditating to calm the nervous system and reset.

I've been know to cry over a film and certain songs!

with the movies it depends on the scene and the background music that goes with it or if its a narrated monologue!

being in constant pressure never have time for yourself and your future goals, being the pawn of every problem and being compared to others, i cried of being compared to other people... it gives me self-hatred and envy towards them.

I cry thinking of all the things I'm missing out on with my child. I cry when he gets hurt or he's sick and I can't be with him to help. I cry at the thought of him being raised to think how his father treats me is how he should treat women. I cry at the thought of my child growing up in such a small minded, large mouthed, nosy community where gossip weighs heavier than fact. I cry when I can't remember some of my child's firsts because parts of my memory have been damaged from trauma. I cry when I think about my child never getting to really know me because I'm too poor for a lawyer to fight his abusive narcissistic father in court against an unfair judicial system. I cry because his father continues to use my child as a pawn in his sick game.
