How do you manage with that?

THATS A STUPID ONE LOL. I’m only 15, and sorry for any mistakes, because it’s not my native language. The thing is that I lived between Ukraine, Russia and DPR, moving and travelling all of my life (while being Ukrainian + Crimean native ethnically and culturally as well). Now I live in Russia, on some remote place I’m sure you didn’t hear in any textbooks, and people treating me like *** is not the main problem. These guys are really great at cerebrating ANYTHING, I won’t be lying, as much as I’ve endured from their side, sometimes they can be fun guys, but I’m tired as *** and I’m sometimes having panic attacks bc of them blowing a yearly amounts of pyrotechnics near my windows at 3AM because some random calendar day. It’s got so bad I’m afraid of New Years now lol, because every time I think that’s a shelling, like I’ve never seen people going that loud for some holiday like in that region. What do I do? I can’t miss the fun, and I can’t let much people know I was in the war bc I don’t want jokes, but also I want to stay sane. That’s probably the stupidest problem in the whole history of 7Cups and I myself know it’s funny as ***, but can’t do anything about it

I feel the same way about pyrotechnics. I can imagine it's a lot more stressful for you because of where you are.  Our July 4th and New Year's celebrations are very noisy. When it's noisy like that, I wear earplugs, or occasionally noise cancelling headphones, so I can listen to music.

I'm glad that someone that understands the feeling answered me, thank you so much, and thank God I never experienced The 4th of July, from what I've heard it's even more than all New Years around the globe together. But I think it's some unbreakable loop bc l'm super anxious when I don't hear any surroundings at all, bc what if something REALLY would happen and I wouldn’t react. So idk what to do

@impartialPark8011 I can relate to this. I'm really sorry those pyrotechnics are giving you such a hard time 🙁 Your anger and frustration are completely valid, and they matter — you matter ❤️ please be gentle with yourself 💖 Sending you lots of love and *hugs* 🐾💕
