Bots on 7cups
There seem to be a lot of bots on the welcome thread on 7cups. Is anything being done about this? How can we report the fake accounts? I have flagged a few posts but not sure what else to do.

Are there actually spam posts within legitimate topics? Flagging really helps.
I am going through all the new posts right now deleting a bunch of spam. This is the easier stuff for forum mods to catch. The spam posts that appear within real topics are harder for the forum team to find all on our own, so this is where flagging makes sure it's brought to our attention. I don't have access to the flagged list, but others do.
Part of the problem is that they are not bots, and they are not fake accounts. They are humans with real accounts, probably doing this work for money. There are no signs that anything is being done about it, unfortunately, although there has been a lot of talk for a long, long time.

The admin tried a captcha thing but it didn't work and they haven't tried anything since. The mods are kinda struggling to keep up with deleting all of it.
