Ex problems
So from I’m gonna update my last post… Even if I hated to do it, I gave my ex money for the pc that he wanted back cause we broke up now. Still don’t get his mindset but whatever. There is a new problem though… No name telling of course — One of his friends, and the only one I want to stay in contact with, told me a few things. There is a possibility that my ex put some kind of spyware?! I don’t know if it’s my phone or pc, IF it’s true of course. Though I am really scared and shocked. What do I do?!

Does your ex have the knowledge to do it in a way hard to detect.?
Can you do a reset on any device?
Clear any unknown or questionable downloads or cookies
Can you scan the PC for any items on it there are some good anti-virus /spyware programs. there are companies that will do it.
Maybe you were told that just to make you think it is there
No u don't need to reset Phon. go to apps in settings, search for something u did not download but Make sure you're not looking in the system apps. Look in your downloaded apps. I think biggest spyware he could have is your Google password
Malwarebytes, download it onto your devices. Its free, and it wil recognize, locate, and remove and spyware detected on your system. I hope that helps you.
If you want to be extra careful, better take your computer to a reputable pc repair shop, ask them to reinstall the operating system(windows if that's what your pc is using), or if you feel comfortable doing it yourself, you can reinstall your operating system yourself. There are plenty of guides online on how to do it.
And in regards to your phone, if it has Android as its operating system(I am not familiar with iOS) and if he did not have your phone in his hands for an extended amount of time, like hours of him tinkering with it, a simple factory reset should keep you safe(back up your pictures and videos beforehand, of course). If he had your phone in his hands so that he could tinker with it and install a custom operating system, then a phone repair shop will be able to restore your phone to the original factory operating system.
I am mentioning the above approaches in case you want to be extra careful.
