First of all, please allow me to welcome you to 7 Cups, you are in an amazing place at an amazing time!

Let me offer you some guidance of the site, in particular, the navigation bar at the top:

Home - This button will always bring you back to the Dashboard regardless of where you are on the site, so if you ever find yourself lost, just click it.

Path - This option is for your personal pathway forward and progression.

~ My Path: This is your current pathway, you can also change your pathway to suit your requirements, it involves steps, information and training to improve any desired area you can imagine, when you feel a little more confident, you can create you're own too!

~ My Progress: This will show you your development on 7 Cups, including your level, how many growth points you have earned, the listeners you have spoken to, the badges you have earned as well as other stats, it's a great way to sit back and think "wow! look what I've actually done for myself!"

~ Choose A New Path: Exactly as it says, change your pathway to something more relevant to your needs! or create your own!

~ Mindfulness Exercises: Some great exercises to practice mindfulness, and very good ones too! definitely try them out!

~ Test Assessments: These are amazing, by taking these tests, it will show you how affected by the particular topic you are (i.e., Anxiety)

~ Self-Help Guides: Exactly as it states, some useful guides to help you along the way if you need help to relax, calm down etc.

Chat - This tab is your chatting tab and includes personal chats and chat rooms.

~~ Groups Tab: Here are all the chat rooms, you will only be able to view the chat rooms you are allowed to enter.

~ My Chats: See a list of your current inbox chat messages that you have sent to others and also to check if anyone has sent you a message.

~ Connect Now: Your access to our great team of trained active listeners, if you need to have a chat with someone, come here to speak to a human (NOTE: Active Listeners are not trained to deal with crisis situations, they also have personal preferences, so please ensure you have your chat category correct and add notes if necessary to help the listeners checking the queue so you are connected to a listener who is able to help you and you will not need to reconnect)

~ Browse Listeners: The same as Connect Now but a little different, this is where you can find a listener to suit your needs, please be mindful to check the listeners profile prior to messaging them to prevent your messages remaining unanswered or finding a listener that is unable to support you.

~ Group Support Chat: A number of groups aimed at support alongside your fellow peers, alongside a host and moderator.

~ Therapists: We have two options here "Search Therapists" and "Chat with an Online Therapist", which is rather self-explanatory.

~ Crisis Resources: Contact details of organizations that can help you during times of Crisis to get you support, Listeners will refer you here if it is felt you need Crisis support, also please check your countries and local procedures for support as all will be different.

Community - This is the home of the forums, you can post here, you can reply to posts, you can search for relevant posts, forums are a huge area of the website.
