Hey, if my smile could speak, it would whisper about resilience, to recover from difficulties; how even in moments of chaos or uncertainty, there are sparks of light worth holding onto.
It would tell the story of lessons learned, of carrying both discipline and kindness through life, and of finding strength in persistence.
My smile would remind others that joy doesn't have to be loud; sometimes it's quiet, steady, and born from gratitude for the small victories that keep us moving forward.
And most of all, it would say: "You are not alone; even the smallest smile can carry hope."

Im at urgent care and if I hadn't been panicking about being sick i would have told the nurse that the hair on my clothes was not from having a dog but from me shedding my winter coat

Im sorry this is late . My friend and my daughter both had a stroke over the weekend, i have fluid in my ears again and have to have tubes a 3rd time. And allergy testing, and im just over it all im sorry I wish I could say its good but aint nothing good about it right now

Thanks honey I appreciate that . Its been a mess . More icky days than good ones unfortunately..but im hanging in there ..my friend took me to dinner tonight for my birthday that was fun 𤣠until the broken glass a and the announcement to the waitress that I have.PTSD .. but whatever im sure me going silent and freezing baffled the waitress ..Anyway it was all good
