The listeners on this platform are very much real people-- just like you and me. However, there are some listeners who can get assistance when they are stuck and need assistance on how to respond in 1-1 chats but there are stipulations. The ones with access to it, there will be a popup that shows up at the top of the member's chat box letting the member know.

The popup message will read: "Some listeners have access to a training programme where they can ask Noni for ideas how to respond when stuck in a conversation. This training is powered by AI and messages may be anonymously shared with Anthropic to improve the service."

But like I mentioned, there are stipulations when it comes to the use of it for the listener. And they can never copy and cut and paste the message to be superficial. It is just to be used as a guide. I appreciate all the listeners on here for being so giving of their time to try and support members. I do hope that you are able to get the support you seek, Lion. The only full bots I have known on 7cups are Noni, who you can talk to still and there was Sophia who used to collect info when requesting to be matched with a (paid) therapist.

i the answer to search is complicated. It’s bought where it says it’ll only be bought and it’s human when all I can do is give you encouragement.
