Started my day

I called to get a new therapist today! Momentous occasion here guys <3

I have sorted out some clothes. Its making me feel really good. Organising your belongings has the effect of organising your inner world as well 🙂

I spent time with a friend of mine:))

I did a small thing. I went for coffee with a friend.

Today, she made me feel seen
Even liked, to a certain degree

It's hard to contain
How that one simple thing
Blows me away
Adding warmth to a shivering day

I wish I could have said
All the things in my head
Alas
One thing at a time
A quiet tragedy of life

I barely know her
But I sense her worth
I just cling to hope
She knows
I can grow

I'm not happy
With where I am
In all my radiating
Happiness

I want to be better
So I don't have to see
Yet another friend
Close the possibility
Of continuity

She truly amazes me

On a walk earlier I had an awesome encounter with a lady walking her dog. I was in the other side of the road listening to quiet classical music when her young bull dog started barking at me and pulling her on its lead, a little confused but as I started crossing road it went quiet and sat down, it was my best friend by the time I reached it. The owner was as puzzled as I was but it was a lovely heart warming encounter that helped my loneliness and save the owner being pulled over 😜😜😜
