What's one life lesson you want to share with everyone?
Never put someone else before you. No matter how much you love someone love yourself more.
Always be positive.
Never committed an relationship with a bpd patient ð«° âºï¸
building strong/dependable relationships is the key to happiness in life and face your fears as early as possible in life, you'll learn a lot from them
When someone shows some interest in helping you but you are too overwhelmed to think of what specifically you need help with, ask that person to give you choices.
Love this! Especially when someone is struggling or grieving or dealing with illness. Brain fog and indecision and such are real. Grief clouds your thinking. Give the person the opportunity to say yes or no instead of having to think <3
I'm surprised this one hasn't been mentioned yet - I think it's from Maya Angelou:
"The first time someone shows you who they are, believe them"
It's okay to make many mistakes, you're past doesn't have to define ur future you have the power to change it. Always! Be gentle with urself... And treat urself like you would treat someone you care about in the similar situation ❤️everyone deserves love and kindness—including you...💙🙏🏼
Don't easily trust anyone. Even not your friends. Bcz i get too many fraud in my life and the main characters are my friends..😥
Deep attachment is a sure recipe for heartbreak. Love and live but remember nothing is permanent, not even your existence here.
