@CheeryMango Hi ♥️

  1. How do I feel about what's happened so far this week? Bad, not always, but mostly sad, anguished, guilty,… I did my best but I feel it wasn’t enough. I feel overwhelmed and that’s keeping me from doing things and feeling well. And, as a consequence, feeling guilty… and fearful regarding the outcome.
  2. How do I feel about what's happening the rest of the week? …
  3. I'm excited to focus on... my work, the bright side of things, hopefully.
  4. I will create space from avoiding intrusive thoughts, and overthinking.
  5. What am I avoiding? Taking that first step, to unblock the status quo I find myself in. Always procrastinating, making up excuses… and feeling even worse because of this.
  6. And what will I do about it? Have faith that tomorrow will be a better day, that I will find inner strength and power to overcome this stalemate of things.

@CheeryMango Hi, needing urgent help with my dad's recurring (undiagnosed) autistic traits. I'm sobbing. Absolutely at breaking point. I have Asp's syndrome and I can't cope with my dad's traits, they're so different to mine, which is not a problem in itself, but we can't seem to communicate anymore. Hurting so bad. Please help me.

This week has been absolutely amazing, and this comming week should be alright. I am excited to focus on volunteering in my community, I am advoiding individuals who like causing others pain. What am I going to do about it? Take 5 min 3x daily to focus on my breathing and clear the mind.
