What he did to you wasn’t your fault. I’m sorry that your parents didn’t believe you. It took a lot of strength to say something and someone should’ve protected you. There is nothing wrong with you.

Love is not enough. When you feel "less than," pack up and get out. YOU are MORE than enough, and you are capable of making things happen for yourself. Anyone who rolls with you better be a blessing to everyone around them, just as you are. And everyone you shine your soul on should be shining their soul just as brightly back at you!

Spend more time with people you care about, time will neve come back and they won't either.

Be more expressive, tell people exactly as you feel, or at least learn to, so I don't have to struggle so much now.

You probably were more happy or maybe just busy enough to not have time for feeling things, please learn to be open with feelings, they don't make you a horrible person.

Ffs get a hobby, play some sport, do something you can enjoy and that doesn't make you feel useless

Make better friends who make you better too, company matters more than you'd think

There's no time just please sincerely think about life and make choices for yourself, don't be dependent on others, or even influenced by them

Learn to love and care for yourself.

Be brave during the scary times and the hard times and pray no matter how much it hurts and be with someone who cares about you that will listen and hear what you have to say
