My problem was that I've always been kept safe... i'm been living hidden inside my "safe" house for years now... i know no one... although i sometimes leave to take walks, this doesn't change that i'm a stranger in my own city where i got born... but at least i'm safe...

I don't know what you're going through but I'm glad you're safe in your house. Safety should be the first priority. Also, making up for the lost social environment through walks sounds like a nice idea.
