hello! i am new to this website and i am confused on how to switch from a member account to a listener account and vice versa on the website :(
@nodrive As far as I know the intended design is that you click on your own profile picture at the top right, and choose Switch Account from the menu that drops down.
However, this is broken if your accounts have different e-mail addresses. In that case you can simply log out of one account and log in to the other one. I think the passwords can be the same or different—it doesn't matter.
If your accounts have different e-mail addresses and you want to be logged in to both at once, you can do that too. Log in to one, then go to 7cups.com/login.php and log in to the other one. The Switch Account menu choice should then work.
All of the above assumes that you actually have a listener account. If you don't have a listener account, go to Volunteer as a Listener to get one.

@RarelyCharlie I used the same email address for both and I think when I was on my listener account, I remember seeing the option to switch to member account but when I logged in again, I was on my member account and the option to switch to my listener account is not there anymore. :(
@nodrive I think if that happened to me I would try the trick using 7cups.com/login.php to log in to the other account. And if that still didn't work I would try clearing all the 7 Cups cookies (how to do that depends on your web browser).

@nodrive Try changing your password for one of the accounts. There are glitches that occur with the account switching.
I'v seen people writing like a log of their journey on becoming a better person , is there a way i could do the same but keep it private
@diligentSquare9464 The only parts of the site that are completely private (ie. just for you) are your discussions with Noni (which I don't think there is access to for the older stuff) and notes.
I posted to a thread that was accessible to all, and am still subscribed. It has since been moved over to the listeners side of the site.
How can I unsubscribe so I stop getting notifications?
