@Cottontree29871 It's here: Can't Browse Listeners?

Go here to see all the threads you started in the forum. To find that page without the link, click your own profile picture at the top right of the web page, then choose My Forum Threads from the menu.

@Cottontree29871 Your previous listeners with active profiles should appear here https://www.7cups.com/member/growthProgress.php. If you blocked them or they blocked you they won't appear there though.

@Cottontree29871 Sounds like it's just a case of a lot of people deactivating or otherwise becoming inactive, as long as you're using the correct URL for their profile. You can see a profile even without an account on 7 Cups.

@Cottontree29871 Sorry, the terms I used are confusing . A listener can choose to deactivate their account - whether for a break or if they are leaving permanently and don't want to have their account up anymore. Admins can also do this, I think the site does it automatically sometimes if a listener is behaving badly and has reports. All of these acocunts I think as being inactive.

Sometimes when trying to access an account this message will appear:

On Break

This user is currently on break. You can view our directory of active listeners here.

Other times it is this:

Item Removed

The content you're attempting to access has been removed.

Home

My guess is anytime a listener sets their account to a break the first message appears, beyond that I'm not certain what the criteria is for which message.

Also Confused. Is anyone else a little confused about the hour tracking? I get how it works but I am doing this as a part of an hourly requirement, so it is throwing me off a bit that you don't get any credit for a chat unless you type in 30 seperate entries. Just thinking out loud. frown

@Perkistine This thread is about finding posts in the forum and listeners, so I think changing the subject to hour tracking is confusing in itself. Listeners have a Questions & Feedback area for asking questions about listening. You could create a new thread there, or you could post in an existing thread about hours.

To answer your question, yes I'm confused too. I don't even get how it works. But as far as I know it's true that you only get hours based on "chats" and a "chat" is 30 messages (counting both the messages you send and the messages you receive, as long as the numbers are reasonably balanced). However, when I look at my number of "chats" and my number of hours it's not obvious how they are related.
