Doing any courses/ programs in the 7 cups academy makes you a part of it! 

But I think you mean whether one can take the courses in an “independent”/ self paced manner? As some of these are part of “electives” for other academy programs too? 

Still a yes, you can! 

The Time management course and Inner development goals program can be taken separately as well. 

As these are based on growth paths here! If you don’t want to do it with the intention of getting a badge or certificate, and simply because you want to try the programs and explore the growth path content here~ you can do that too, for sure, without submitting the course completion form towards the end of the path!

The academy courses are filled with lots of insight and personal development. The time management growth path in particular is actually pretty amazing!  Glad you’re considering these too.

Yes all 4 courses can be taken by members and listeners. Only Internship and Quality Listening programs are listener specific as both require listening hours
