New chat ing thing
I have not seen the pop come up yet even if the chat is over 30 messages.
Is. This normal?
Is it just members see it or is it also listeners?

I haven't had a conversational chat yet on either end to experience this.
My best guess is the member(s) you chatted with didn't choose to rate you with the system, as it is optional. I don't see the point in informing the listener no rating occurred.

So if the member chooses to rate the listener then the results can be seen in the chat (it appears as a text from member side, including overall rating and 4 more things like focus, etc)

I guess, the member didn't know about how it works or were busy sharing so they didn't rate which is why you weren't able to see it 💙
