@plumDay3439 You're only allowed 8 in a day now? I didn't know that.

Unfortunately all you can do about listeners who try to be sexual is report them, with screenshots to prove what happened.

You can often find better listeners by using the Browse Listeners page and looking for experienced listeners who have a Chat Now button.

@plumDay3439

7 cups should limit the number of people it is admitting as listeners, inadvertently most of them are creeps from one specific geo location

How does one report listsners?

As a listener, I've heard just this week someone tell me that some other listener had told them to kill themselves. And now tonight, as I vented for a listener, the same happened to me.

There's must be an effective way to take these people out of the app.

@FallingTreeLeaves

hey there! sorry to hear that these experiences happen on cups :(

actually a lot of reports go with no action taken because there isn't proof to what has happened but in both cases that you mentioned taking screenshots of what happened in the chat and sending them to community@7cups.com would be of much help to affective reporting...

also in case a member comes to you again with such problems with another listener (which i wish deeply that won't happen) to avoid triangulation you can ask them to report the listener and email the community with screenshots
