• 7 Cups listeners are not trained to support crises. This means we can’t provide support if you are suicidal or in immediate danger, as we lack the skills and training needed for such situations. Our mission

Roles for members and listeners

• If you wish to find out who is the Community Moderator on duty right now please click Community Mod Schedule
• If your account is deactivated, and you would like to submit a account review request please click Here
• If you are turning 18 (aging up) soon, you can apply for a mentor to help you adjust to the adult world by clicking Here
• You can change your name after verifying your email during the first two weeks after your account is created. After those 14 days, you can only change your name for valid reasons. Please click Here
• If you have advice about our chat rooms, please share it with us! Also, feel free to submit the form if you have issues with other users in chat rooms by clicking Here

For listeners only

•  On 7 Cups, we log into our member account to receive support and log into our listener account to give support to others. Become A Listener

(Important Note:

• Please note that you can only use one account at a time on the platform.
• Member Accounts: The minimum age for a teen member is 13, and 18 for adults. If you are in the wrong age group, please log out and email community@7cups.com with your username and correct birthday so your account can be adjusted.
• Additionally, for your own safety and to make your experience on 7 Cups pleasant, do not share the name of your member account if you are on your listener account, and vice versa)
