I am Ailura 😊! It’s been a year since I joined 7 Cups. I’m a very lovely, enthusiastic buddy, and people say I’m humorous 😅 though honestly, I don’t think I’m that funny at all haha! I’m a deep person, yet also playful and joyful. I always try to keep my environment bright and cheerful 😊

The reason I joined 7 Cups is because I was extremely lonely and going through cruelty everywhere. I still remember those days when I used to sit alone in the corner of my bed, hugging myself and crying at night while smiling like crazy all day long. One day, while randomly searching for apps, AI suggested this app to me 🤗

I honestly can’t believe how much I’ve changed now <3 I became both a listener and a member here, and forum's supporter.

7 Cups is my whole world now. I somehow can’t imagine my future without using it ): The people here are my only family and one of the biggest reasons behind my smile 😊

I joined because...I’m stuck in a life that feels like the same storm hitting me over and over. I’m fighting through shutdowns, overwhelm, and moments where everything in me snaps from the pressure. I’m exhausted, but I’m here because I don’t want to keep drowning in this alone. I need steady, grounded support while I claw my way out of this cycle.

Fun fact about me... When I'm not in burnout or freeze mode and isolation Nature is where I always want to be.

I don't really know what to expect out of this, a platform like this is a new concept for me. I hope I can be welcoming to others and be welcomed back in a judge free way for all

@RileyWiley1231 I joined because I stopped using cannabis 8 weeks ago and am mow experiencing deep depression, profound loneliness, anxiety but not as bad as before and find my days are quiet, unstructured, very lonely...but I lack the motivation to do much about it because of the depression..m I do engage with a few friends on occasion but being 67 yrs old that has diminished a lot, I am single and divorced and 35 years later still miss my former spouse even though she has moved on,remarried and has another son with her current spouse...I just feel very scared, alone and fear aging and dying alone...I am very sad, miss the cannabis but realize it's probably not good for me anymore even though I loved it i used it way too much andcit blunted many feelings that are coming out now
