Usually I trust my instincts. There are some occasions where I don't trust my instincts (for example, if I've been feeling really anxious and/or depressed for a long period of time, I am a bit warier of trusting my instincts because I'm not in my normal frame of mind), but overall trusting my instincts has steered me away from danger.

Always trust your instincts, because usually if it's something big or hurtful, the gut feeling is always right!

Not nearly as much as I should. I'm slowly learning to do it, though. Sometimes, my "insincts" take quite a whlie to kick in.

I do trust my instincts. Sometimes it is all I have left because the world so often seems to want to tell me that what I want to contribute is not very important. The voice in my soul says otherwise and I follow it whether it will ever lead to a full-time permanent job or not

I do tend to trust my instincts but not completely-if my instincts tell me to be not do something I'll be careful and proceed with caution. I don't really get positive gut feelings about things though

I do trust my instincts, because most of the time they've been right. But I mostly work with logic and facts.

I guess the answer would vary for everyone. Personally, my innate instincts have allowed me to survive many situations that I otherwise would not have been able to make it out of. I mean, there are many times when I completely ignored it (foolishly, I might add - only because mine have always been correct for me), but nowadays I always stick to my instincts.
