Yeah I do trust my instincts.. Because they enable me to be prepared for a situation that I have no idea how to tackle

I struggle a lot to trust my instinct because I lack connection with my needs and feelings. Working on this issue is on the top of my list.
A lot of times I do trust my instincts as they already reflect my overall tendency. However, my instincts can be heavily influenced by my emotions and therefore lead to a decision I wouldn't have made if I'd have felt differently to that time.
i dont know why but my instincts leads me to people who will be my long term friends. ;) and i really do trust my insticts when i see something not good to certain someone.
